Since 1998, SGA has assisted private and publicly operated health and hospital systems, governmental entities,  and federally funded community health centers. Whether large or small, public or private, urban or rural, SGA is proud of the client base we have established over the years.

SGA began as a boutique consulting firm designed to provide personalized, hands on consulting by experienced professionals. SGA recognizes that all consulting engagements are unique and, as such, all engagements are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client drawing on SGA’s experienced consultants who have years of working in public and private health care systems, community health centers, and public agencies.

SGA also engages the services of diversified, highly specialized, qualified consulting firms and individuals to complement its practice capabilities. Susan Greene works periodically with Health Management Associates, a national firm with offices across the country, that engages SGA to assist with their projects and occasionally SGA engages HMA consultants to assist us.
