SGA recognizes that all consulting engagements are unique, and, as such, all engagements are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client drawing on the experiences of SGA consultants who have demonstrated expertise through years of working in public and private health care systems, community health centers, and public agencies.
Susan Greene stays in close contact with the client to assure that the direction in which SGA is going is consistent with the client’s vision and that emerging issues and recommendations are tested for their potential to be successfully implemented within the particular environment.
SGA’s approach to projects is to collaborate with the client to finalize the workplan and deliverables. Whether assessing operations, assisting with a federal grant application or managing complex projects, generally the approach is to understand the client’s questions/challenges/goals and proceed by collecting and evaluating the relevant data, conducting site visits and to talking with key stakeholders, particularly those projects addressing health care delivery issues.
For every engagement, Susan Greene is the Project Manager and develops and monitors the client approved workplan. Susan assures client deliverables are on time and all major milestones are met.
